RN - Rehabilitation Unit - Days

Role: Registered Nurse in the Rehabilitation Unit, responsible for providing comprehensive patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Responsibilities: Maintain current competency, contribute to peer development, incorporate ethical standards, apply evidence-based practices, promote safety, supervise staff, ensure thorough documentation, and adapt to varying situations. Perform other related duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills: At least one year of nursing experience preferred, graduate of an accredited nursing school, effective communicator, current Illinois Nursing license, CPR certification, with ACLS, PALS, NRP potentially required. Demonstrates mastery of nursing skills and supervisory ability. Key Duties: Deliver safe, patient-centered care, foster professional growth, and collaborate with healthcare team members. May float to other inpatient units as necessary.
