Role: RN Rehab

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to adult rehabilitation patients
• Coordinate and implement individualized care plans
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Administer medications and treatments
• Support patients through recovery and functional restoration
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure safe care transitions
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and care activities

Qualifications and Skills

• Current RN licensure and relevant clinical experience
• Strong assessment, medication administration, and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of rehabilitation protocols and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning
