What You'll Do
- Must have experience working on a Vent Unit.
- Play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
- Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery.
- Oversee and guide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care.

Qualifications of a Registered Nurse
- Valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- An interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both.
- Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
