What You'll Do

  • Must have experience working on a Vent Unit.
  • Play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
  • Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery.
  • Oversee and guide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care.

Qualifications of a Registered Nurse

  • Valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
  • An interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both.
  • Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
