About the role
Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents on weekends. Administer medications, treatments, and care plans in accordance with facility policies. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care for all residents.
Responsibilities
- Monitor residents’ health conditions and provide necessary interventions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care.
Requirements
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
- New graduates are welcome.
