About the role
As a RN Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide exceptional care to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Supervising and coordinating nursing care for residents
- Providing guidance and support to nursing staff
- Developing and implementing care plans
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Assisting with staff development and training
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives
- Adhering to established policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 2 years of nursing experience
- Experience in supervisory roles preferred
