(RN) Registered Nurse Supervisor

About the role

Complete Care at Ocean Grove is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join their dedicated clinical team. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off (PTO), along with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• At least 2 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required
• A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) may be considered
