RN Registered Nurse Skilled Pediatric Homecare
About the role
This position involves providing skilled 1-on-1 nursing care in a child's home. The role requires flexibility to work daytime and overnight shifts, including block time shifts of 8-12 hours per day.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in a child's home environment
- Work flexible daytime, evening, or night shifts
- Participate in ongoing training and support from regional Nurse Managers
Requirements
- Valid nursing license
- One year of RN experience, or completion of a comprehensive Preceptor Training Program for newly licensed nurses with less than one year of clinical experience
- Passing of background checks
Qualifications
Must have a valid nursing license and one year of RN experience, or be eligible for a comprehensive Preceptor Training Program.
Skills
Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and a compassionate approach to patient care are essential.
