About the role

The RN Clinical Periop Nurse provides high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care in a perioperative setting, collaborating within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process and deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care
• Coordinate care through effective communication with the interdisciplinary team
• Support performance improvement initiatives
• Serve as a preceptor for new staff and students
• Promote evidence-based practice in perioperative nursing
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and professional standards

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Valid RN license (state or multi-state)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience
