About the role

Springfield Rehabilitation & HealthCare Center is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Registered Nurses (RNs) with a 2025 AHCA Silver Award. The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and document high-quality nursing care
• Maintain patient safety and monitor vital signs
• Administer treatments and lead patient assessments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Promote a compassionate, ethical, and outcome-focused environment

Requirements

• Active Missouri RN license
• A strong commitment to high standards and continuous learning

• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights
