Responsibilities
- Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
- Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
- Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.
Qualifications
- Certifications and Licensures: BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification, RN (Registered Nurse) license, ACLS Certification (if required by department), Nurse Specialty certification preferred.
- Education: Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma, Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred.
- Experience: 2 years of RN experience required.
