RN Registered Nurse (I)

Responsibilities

• Work with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure accurate patient assessment and plan of care.
• Maintain open and ongoing communication with patients and families.
• Assure appropriate nursing care is provided.
• Assist with medications and treatments.
• Supervise LPNs and other nursing partners.
• Perform other patient care duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Caring, compassionate, positive attitude, and team player.
• Prior Matrix and SNF experience a plus.
