RN Registered Nurse - Hospital Full Time

What You'll Need
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Active Montana nursing license or a compact license with multi-state privileges required to start the assignment.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Current CEUs.
- Current certification(s) as required for specialty. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, NRP recommended and may be obtained after hire within a reasonable time frame. Must be maintained with ongoing re-certifications when due.
- Previous experience as a licensed nurse preferred.
- Proficient English language oral and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work three 12-hour shifts on a rotating days/nights schedule every six weeks with rotating weekends and holidays.
Minimum Requirements (Client-Specific)
- Current license to practice nursing in Montana or compact license with multi-state privileges.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Previous RN experience preferred.
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- Willingness to obtain recommended specialty certifications (ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, NRP) within a reasonable time after hire if not already held.

Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care according to the standards defined within the American Nurses Association (ANA).
- Document nursing care thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely manner per facility standards of practice.
- Adapt provision of care and provide teaching that accounts for cultural, religious, emotional, psychosocial, physical, and cognitive needs.
- Communicate patient condition regularly with all appropriate personnel throughout and at handover for each shift.
- Address the needs of the unit by demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Pay
RN pay is determined by years of RN experience in accordance with the facility's nurses' union contract. Additional differentials and premiums apply per contract for night shifts, weekend shifts, BSN, and certain certifications.
