Schedule
Primary schedule: Monday to Friday with a rotating weekend schedule of every third weekend.
Pay
Attractive pay: $71,000 – $78,000 (may vary by location, knowledge, skills, and experience).

Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and collaborate with the care team to develop and implement a plan of care.
- Make referrals to other disciplines as indicated by the patient’s identified needs or document rationale for not doing so.
- Promote patient health and independence through teaching and appropriate rehabilitative measures, assisting patients in learning self‑care techniques.
- Supervise LPNs and HHAs.
- Complete documentation timely and accurately.
- Regularly communicate patient progress to the clinical manager and care team.
- Plan and provide staff education.
- Perform on‑call responsibilities and on‑call services to patients/families as assigned.
- Participate in clinical development and continuing education programs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- One (1+) year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN). If less than 1 year, candidate must be approved by VP Clinical.
- Current RN license for the state(s) of assignment.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance.
- If less than 6 months clinical experience as an RN, candidate must participate in the RN Intern program.
