RN / Registered Nurse - Home Health
Adoration Home Health and Hospice is seeking a passionate, dedicated Home Health RN to join our team in Providence, RI. Our Home Health RNs provide expert, patient-centered care in a supportive, fulfilling environment.
About the role
Office location: Providence. Coverage area: Greater Rhode Island.
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
- Create home health care plans that align with MD orders and the patient's goals
- Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions
- Provide pain and symptom management
- Educate and support the patient’s family and caregivers
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch
Requirements
- Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and in the state of residence
- One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required; home health, geriatrics or other related settings preferred
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
- Current CPR certification
New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability.

USD $35.00 - $45.00 / Hour
