RN Registered Nurse Home Health $15k Sign on Bonus

Pay

Sign‑on bonus: $15,000. Base salary range: $68,640 to $85,800.

Schedule

Three 12‑hour shifts per week, either Friday‑Sunday or Saturday‑Monday. Flexible schedule available. Must be willing to travel locally; mileage reimbursement provided.

Location & Training

Administrative/Training office located in Snow Hill, NC. Candidates must be willing and able to train in Snow Hill.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and collaborate with the care team to develop and implement a plan of care.
• Make referrals to other disciplines as indicated by patient needs or document rationale for not doing so.
• Promote patient health and independence through teaching and appropriate rehabilitative measures, assisting patients in learning self‑care techniques.
• Supervise LPNs and HHAs.
• Complete documentation timely and accurately.
• Regularly communicate patient progress to the clinical manager and care team.
• Plan and provide staff education.
• Perform on‑call responsibilities and on‑call services to patients/families as assigned.
• Participate in clinical development and continuing education programs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN). Candidates with less than 1 year must be approved by VP Clinical.
• Current RN license for the state(s) of assignment.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance.
• If less than 6 months RN experience, participation in the RN Intern program is required.
