RN / Registered Nurse - Home Health - $15k Sign On

Adoration Home Health is seeking a passionate, dedicated Home Health RN to join our team in Gainesville, GA. Our Home Health RNs provide expert, patient-centered care in a supportive, fulfilling environment where your skills and empathy truly shine.

$15k Sign On Bonus (applies to external candidates only). Office location: Gainesville. Coverage area: Hall County.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create home health care plans that align with MD orders and the patient's goals
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support the patient’s family and caregivers
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch

Requirements

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and residence
• One year of nursing practice in a patient care setting required; home health, geriatrics, or other related settings preferred
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
• Current CPR certification

New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability.
