(RN) Registered Nurse -Home Care

About the role

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) with experience caring for tracheostomy and ventilator-dependent patients in a home health setting. This role offers dedicated, one-on-one care in the home, allowing you to focus fully on your patient and use your clinical judgment with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs
• Build consistent relationships with both the child and their family
• Provide focused, purposeful, and supportive nursing care
• Work in a calm, controlled environment with 24/7 on-call clinical support
• Benefit from respiratory therapists on staff for training and mentorship
• Access to a dedicated team focused on nurse safety and success

Requirements

• Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License
• Physical from within three years
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
