RN Registered Nurse Full Time Part Time PRN Days Nights

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment of resident and family needs to determine nursing services required.
• Delivery of nursing care including direct care and delegation of nursing care.
• Demonstrate clinical competence and manage resident care.
• Improve quality of care and establish professional relationships.
• Utilize professional skills and fulfill responsibilities of the role.
• Develop clinical expertise per specialty.
• Manage and provide direct care for assigned residents.
• Maintain monitoring of resident activities and quality of care during assigned shift.
• Serve as a liaison to keep Program Manager and/or Nursing Supervisor informed of major occurrences and needs.

Requirements

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.
• One (1) year of medical/surgical, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
