RN Registered Nurse Full Time Days or Nights

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with one of our trusted Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) partners in Huntsville, AL. About the role

• Full-time position with day shifts available
• Charge Nurse capabilities required
• Work in a specialty acute setting with medically complex patients

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings
• Educate patients and families, and serve as an advocate for long-term health and recovery
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines

Requirements

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Active RN license in Alabama or compact state
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred
• ACLS required within 90 days of hire
