We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the job posting. First, job summary: "As one of the Top 8 Most Innovative Healthcare Systems in Becker’s Hospital Review, we’re working to create a national model for improving health. Today, we’re focused on bringing our region services that improve every facet of life to drive total health, inside and out. Through professional growth, quality improvement, and interdisciplinary collaboration, we’ve built an innovative culture that allows nurses to grow their skillsets, develop their practice, and leverage their years of experience to build a rewarding, lasting career with impact." That could be "About the role" or maybe "Job Summary". The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can map. We have "Job Duties" section: list of duties. We'll put under

Responsibilities

with
  • items. We have "Benefits" section: list of benefits. We'll put under

    Benefits

    with
    • . We have "Position Details" which includes more duties and responsibilities; we can merge with Responsibilities. We have "Education Experience" etc: "Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required), Bachelor's Degree-Nursing (Preferred) Minimum Of 3 Years-Nursing (Required) Certification(s) and License(s) Licensed Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania) - RN_State of Pennsylvania". That's qualifications/requirements. We'll put under

      Requirements

      or

      Qualifications

. Probably Requirements. We have "Work is typically performed in a clinical environment." maybe part of responsibilities. We have schedule: "This role is full-time, 40 hours weekly." That's schedule. So we need a

      Schedule

with that info. Pay: Not mentioned. So we should NOT include Pay section. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. At the end there is EEO statement etc. We'll drop that. Also "OUR PURPOSE & VALUES:" etc is maybe boilerplate? It's values but maybe considered boilerplate? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Values might be okay but could be considered fluff. However they are substantive? Might be considered fluff but not explicitly prohibited. Safer to keep? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Values could be a section but not in the list of allowed headings. We could incorporate into About the role. We also have "We offer healthcare benefits for full time and part time positions from day one, including vision, dental and domestic partners." That's duplicate of benefits; we can incorporate. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's structure:

      About the role

      • Voluntary benefits: accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, identity theft protection, pet insurance, and more.

      Schedule

      Full‑time, 40 hours per week.

We need to ensure no duplicate content. Also we included "We offer healthcare benefits for full time and part time positions from day one, including vision, dental and domestic partners." Not included; but we have benefits list includes health, dental, vision. Domestic partners not mentioned; we could add but not in original benefits list? Actually original benefits list includes health, dental, vision insurance; later they say "We offer healthcare benefits for full time and part time positions from day one, including vision, dental and domestic partners." That's extra: domestic partners. We could add a bullet: "Coverage for domestic partners." But we need to preserve all substantive information. So we should add that. Add bullet under Benefits: "Coverage for domestic partners." Also we have "We offer healthcare benefits for full time and part time positions from day one, including vision, dental and domestic partners." Already we have vision, dental; add domestic partners. Also "Perhaps just as important, from senior management on down, we encourage an atmosphere of collaboration, cooperation and collegiality." That's values; we could incorporate into About the role maybe as a sentence. Also "We know that a diverse workforce with unique experiences and backgrounds makes our team stronger." etc. That's also values; we could incorporate. But we should avoid too much fluff. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; values could be considered substantive? The instruction says remove boilerplate, but values may be considered boilerplate? Not sure. Safer to include a brief note in About the role: mention culture of collaboration, diversity, etc. Let's add a sentence: "We encourage a collaborative, cooperative, and collegial atmosphere, valuing a diverse workforce to strengthen our team and improve health for all." Now check for duplication: we have "Acts as a liaison between the clinical and coding functions." appears twice in duties; we only need one bullet. Also "Provides education to the medical staff and other clinical professional on documentation relevant to the Revenue Management processes and Discharge Not Final Billed reduction." appears twice; one bullet. Also "Provides daily interactions with physicians and clinical professionals regarding documentation clarification and optimization." appears twice; one bullet. We'll deduplicate. Now ensure we didn't miss any duty: "Reviews inpatient medical records within 24-48 hours of admission for a specified patient population toevaluate documentation to assign the principal diagnosis, relevant secondary diagnoses, and procedures for accurate DRG assignment, risk of mortality, severity of illness; and initiate documentation of the review." We have that. "Pursues a subsequent review of records every 3 days to support and assign a working DRG assignment upon discharge." included. "Formulates queries when it is determined there is missing documentation, conflicting documentation or unclear documentation." included. "Provides on-going education to physicians and essential healthcare providers regarding clinical documentation improvement and the need for accurate and complete documentation in the patient's record." included. "Collaborates with nursing staff, nutrition, pharmacist, along with the physicians on documentation and to resolve queries prior to the patient's discharge." included. "Consistently meets established productivity targets for record review." included. "Identifies strategies for sustained work process changes that facilitate complete, accurate clinical documentation." included. "Participates in the analysis and trending of statistical data for specified patient population; identifies opportunity for improvement." included. "Promotes a partnership with the inpatient coding professionals to ensure the accuracy of principal diagnosis, procedures and completeness of supporting documentation to determine the working and final DRG, severity of illness and risk of mortality." included. "Acts as a resource person for the interdisciplinary team in order to promote collaboration and coordination of patient care considering age specific, developmental, cultural, and spiritual needs of the patient." included. "Work is typically performed in a clinical environment." Could add as bullet under Responsibilities or maybe as a note. We'll add bullet: "Work is typically performed in a clinical environment." "Accountable for satisfying all job specific obligations and complying with all organization policies and procedures." Could be generic; maybe we can add bullet: "Accountable for satisfying job‑specific obligations and complying with organization policies and procedures." "The specific statements in this profile are not intended to be all-inclusive. They represent typical elements considered necessary to successfully perform the job. Additional competencies and skills outlined in any department-specific orientation will be considered essential to the performance of the job related to that position." This is generic; maybe we can omit as boilerplate. Now Requirements: we have "Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required), Bachelor's Degree-Nursing (Preferred) Minimum Of 3 Years-Nursing (Required) Certification(s) and License(s) Licensed Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania) - RN_State of Pennsylvania". Also "It is expected that the CDIS have previous clinical skills, including an understanding of Anatomy and Physiology in order to appropriately discuss with the physician such issues as the underlying etiology,
