Responsibilities
- Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
- Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
- Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.
Requirements
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required.
- RN (Registered Nurse) license is required.
- ACLS, NIHSS, and PCCN Certification is preferred.
- Affiliates with BayCare Health System.
- Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma is required.
- Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred.
- 6 months of RN experience is required.
- Interpersonal skills, critical thinking skills, and clinical skills appropriate to position.
Qualifications
- Education: Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma is required. Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred.
