RN Registered Nurse
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our growing team. As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, you will deliver quality nursing care to patients, allowing them to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Your role includes evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessment and revising care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition. You will also provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact
- Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans accordingly
- Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs
- Implement and interpret department programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
- Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team
Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
- Currently licensed/registered as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable State
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation (must remain current)
Skills
- Ability to concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment
- Strong communication skills for productive interdisciplinary team collaboration
