About the role
We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team at Life Care Centers of America. The RN delivers quality nursing care through interpersonal contact, evaluates patient needs, revises care plans, and provides clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs. Setting & Population Served
Life Care Centers of America facilities operate as Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) providing long‑term care for residents who require ongoing skilled support and compassionate daily assistance, as well as short‑term, sub‑acute rehabilitation for patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury. The patient mix includes individuals with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and post‑acute needs.
Responsibilities
- Implement and interpret department programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Provide quality nursing care to attain or maintain patients’ highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being.
- Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on condition changes.
- Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
- Concentrate, use reasoning skills, and exercise good judgment.
- Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
- Current, active RN license in good standing in the applicable state.
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; must remain current.

Pay
- Wage range: $45 – $54.85 per hour.
- Shift differential for evening and night‑on‑call (NOC) shifts.
- Sign‑on bonus: varies.

- Full‑time, PRN (as needed) positions.
