Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and healthy environment for residents
• Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan
• Captures and documents all incidents, changes in status, and care provided
• Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
• Assesses care plans, resident goals, and modifies as needed
• Provides reports and documentation related to care provided

Requirements

• Enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain certification
• BLS certification must be current
• MN RN license or obtain one by start date
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers preferred
• Comfortable using Microsoft Windows and electronic charting systems
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

• Experience in a patient support role
• LPN or RN background preferred

Skills

• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization prioritizes pay equity and considers internal team equity when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical. If your role is eligible for a sign-on bonus, the bonus program that is approved and in place at the time of offer, is what will be honored.

Schedule

Nursing schedule includes 40 hours every two weeks. Part-time, evening shift. Includes every other weekend and holiday rotation.
