Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications/treatments, and oversee resident care plans.
- Monitor, document, and report changes in resident condition to physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Supervise LPNs and CNAs while ensuring compliance with state and clinical regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Wisconsin.
- Strong clinical judgment and compassionate, resident-focused approach.
- Experience with EMR systems and long-term care preferred.
