Responsibilities

• Clinical Care & Safety: Deliver compassionate, hands-on care, administering medications and treatments with 100% precision following physician orders
• Order & EHR Management: Accurately transcribe physician orders to MAR/TAR and maintain meticulous electronic health records as a trusted RN Registered Nurse
• Unit Supervision: Direct, lead, and mentor LPNs and CNAs on your shift to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence
• Emergency Response: Respond swiftly to resident condition changes and emergencies, initiating clinical protocols and coordinating with physicians

Qualifications

• License: Active, unrestricted Wisconsin RN Registered Nurse license in good standing
• Experience: Prior experience in skilled nursing (SNF), long-term care (LTC), or sub-acute care is a plus, though we welcome motivated Registered Nurse (RN) applicants
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, emergency response, and interpersonal communication abilities
