What You'll Do for Our Residents
- Administer Medications
- Perform Treatments (e.g., wound care, pain management)
- Conduct Assessments & Monitoring
- Create, Update, & Execute Care Plans
- Collaborate with Physicians, Therapists, Social Workers, & Others
- Education & Information for Families & Residents
- Documentation of Health Status, Care, Progress, & Interactions
- Team Oversight & Delegation to LPNs & CNAs
Requirements
- Licensed to work within the State of Connecticut as a RN
- Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check, & physical evaluation
- Professionally & Clinically Skilled with Leadership Qualities
