About the Role
Life Care Centers of America, a privately owned 47‑year industry leader with more than 200 locations, is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join its interdisciplinary team in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). The RN delivers quality nursing care, conducts ongoing patient assessments, revises care plans, and provides clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs. The role supports a diverse patient population—including orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and post‑acute needs—through collaborative care with nursing, therapy, and medical staff.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality nursing care to promote patients’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being.
- Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans as conditions change.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
- Implement and interpret department programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude toward patients.
- Utilize reasoning skills and good judgment in clinical decision‑making.
- Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
- Current, active RN license in good standing in the applicable state.
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
- CPR certification upon hire (or obtain during orientation) and maintain current certification.

Pay
Wage range: $46.00 – $56.07 per hour (DOE). Sign‑on bonus: negotiable.
Schedule
Full‑time, PRN positions with dayshift and night shift options. Shift differential available for evening and night (NOC) shifts.
