Job Summary

Geisinger is offering an Inpatient RN position up to $24,000 hiring incentive for eligible candidates! The position offers a minimum hiring rate of $41.50 with potential increases for experience and up to $7 shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts.

Job Duties

• Affords assessments, organizes, performs, and evaluates nursing activities to meet patient needs.
• Promotes adaptive responses of patients and families to achieve optimal patient care, safety, and satisfaction.
• Exhibits compassionate care during patient-nurse interactions.
• Collaborates with staff to coordinate patient care.
• Maintains qualifications to provide care in assigned nursing units.
• Completes assessments as per scope of practice and unit standards.

• Qualifications

  • Graduate from a Specialty Training Program-Nursing.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Pennsylvania.
  • Basic Life Support Certification.
