Responsibilities
- Delivers quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provides care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
- Evaluates patient needs through ongoing assessment and revises care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition.
- Provides daily clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
Requirements
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
- Currently licensed/registered as an RN in the applicable state; must maintain an active RN license in good standing throughout employment.
- One (1) year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
- CPR certification required upon hire or obtainable during orientation; certification must remain current during employment.

- Exhibits excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
- Concentrates and uses reasoning skills and good judgment.
