RN - PRN Days/Nights - Adult

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive home healthcare for adult patients, including medication administration, G-tube care, and total patient care.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Initiate and modify care plans based on patient needs
• Respond to changes in patient conditions by intervening and reporting to physicians or supervisors
• Administer treatments and medications and monitor their effectiveness
• Conduct health education, care coordination, and discharge planning

Qualifications

• Current RN license
• Valid health certificate
• PPD or chest X-ray
• BLS certification
• Preferably one year of RN experience
