RN PRN 20P - Surgical Trauma ICU Step Down - PRN - 3rd Shift
About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) assesses patient needs and priorities for care through thorough assessment. The RN plans and delegates appropriate care based on identified needs. The RN evaluates patient responses to care and adjusts plans as necessary to ensure patients achieve or progress towards expected outcomes.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current Alabama licensure.
- Experience preferred; new graduates accepted.
- BLS certification required before the conclusion of the orientation period.
- ACLS certification within one year of hire.
