About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) assesses patient needs and priorities for care through systematic evaluation. The RN develops and implements care plans based on identified needs. The RN monitors patient responses to care and adjusts plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current Alabama licensure.
- Experience preferred; new graduates accepted.
- BLS certification required before the conclusion of the orientation period.
- ACLS certification within one year of hire.
Additional Skill/Abilities
