RN Private Duty Day Shift

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Initiate and adjust care plans based on patient needs and physician guidance.
• Perform therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions.
• Respond to changes in patient condition, reporting to supervisors or physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitoring effectiveness.
• Review care plans to identify education, care coordination, and discharge needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN license for the practicing state.
• Valid health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification.
• At least one year of RN experience preferred.

Key Duties

• Provide comprehensive nursing care, medication administration, patient assessment, and care plan updates to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a home setting.
