Responsibilities
The Staff Registered Nurse assumes responsibility for the management and delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process. May be required to float to other units or participate in on-call status. This position requires population-specific competencies and adherence to National Patient Safety Goals.
- Assessment and re-assessments of patients
- Development of the plan of care
- Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions
- Evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions
- Supervision and coordination of licensed and non-licensed personnel in patient care
- Guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate
- Mental Health staff must assist with physical restraint of patients using the identified Behavior Management Technique System
This position may have additional or varied physical demands and/or respiratory fit test requirements. Potential for exposure to infections, communicable diseases, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, and chemicals. Must follow standard precautions.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
- BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire (Hospice Only: Current CPR in lieu of BLS)
- Other certifications and competencies required based on service line skill
- Hospice and Employee Health: Valid driver’s license, available and dependable transportation, ability to drive automobile, and proof of current automobile liability insurance
- INTEGRIS Mental Health: Current Oklahoma State Driver’s License and a driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier
Preferred Qualifications
- Hospice only: CHPN (Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse)

Schedule
- Full-time, day shift: 0600-1430 or 0900-1730
Pay
Sign-on bonus up to $15,000 may be eligible.
