Responsibilities The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They operate within organizational policies and procedures, demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and growth. The nurse coordinates patient care activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing services. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's degree preferred.No experience required; new graduates are eligible. Hospital experience and one year of hospital work are preferred for PRN roles.Valid RN license in the relevant state, with multistate licensure preferred.Current BCLS certification; additional specialty certifications are advantageous.
