Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
Shift: Full-time, 10:30 am - 7:00 pm, flex shifts to earlier shifts as needed, for 64 hours per pay period. There is one holiday a year rotation and every 6th weekend call.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care for patients with actual or potential health care problems using the nursing process.
• Interprets patient information and makes critical decisions about needed actions.
• Plans and directs the nursing care for individuals, patients, groups of patients and their families, coordinating care in collaboration with other health care professionals to provide patient-centered care post-operatively to our surgical patients.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of accredited nursing program (Must obtain BSN within 12 years of hire)
• Certificate/License: Must have an active Iowa RN license
