• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate daily patient care activities.
• Assign, supervise, and support nursing staff throughout the shift.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in clinical status.
• Administer medications, treatments, and perform nursing procedures as ordered.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote patient safety, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
