About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) manages individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process. The RN provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation, and patient health education within the guidelines of the standards of nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, psychological, and social needs
• Diagnose and plan interventions to address identified needs
• Implement care plans and monitor patient progress
• Evaluate patient outcomes and make adjustments as necessary
• Provide patient and family education on health promotion and disease prevention
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory and organizational requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of [State]
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in acute care setting preferred
