What is Required?
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state applying for.
- CPR Certification required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience; Home Care experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, home care benefits, and applicable State regulations preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent computer proficiency and documentation abilities.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead caregivers in a positive and supportive manner.
- Reliable personal transportation is required.
- Ability to travel locally, and regionally to support additional field offices as needed.
