RN - Pediatric Visits
What You’ll Do:
- Perform pediatric home visits
- Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing evaluations
- Monitor and document vital signs, pulse oximetry readings, and overall patient status
- Complete in the moment calls with physician
- Administer skilled nursing care and treatments as ordered by the physician
- Perform flu, strep, and COVID testing as needed
- Obtain laboratory specimens, including blood draws when required
- Initiate and manage IV therapy as ordered
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medications, and treatment plans
- Communicate changes in condition to physicians
- Complete timely and accurate electronic documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- A current RN license in New Jersey
- A minimum of one year of nursing experience required
- Pediatric and infant care experience required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Comfortable working independently in the home setting
- Tech-savvy with the ability to complete electronic documentation and utilize mobile technology
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Morris County

This unique opportunity allows you to combine your pediatric nursing expertise with the independence of home care. As a Pediatric Visiting Nurse, you will provide in-home assessments and skilled nursing care while partnering closely with physicians, families, and the care team to ensure each child receives the highest quality care in the comfort of their own home.
Qualifications:
A current RN license in New Jersey, a minimum of one year of nursing experience required, and pediatric and infant care experience required.
