About the role
Registered Nurse providing in-home care for pediatric patients with G-tube, Trach, and Ventilator needs.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Initiate and adjust care plans as needed
- Administer medications and treatments
- Respond to changes in patient condition
- Coordinate care, education, and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Current RN license
- Health certificate
- PPD or chest X-ray
- BLS certification
- Preferred one year of RN experience
