Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree Nursing
- Required: Successful completion of a competency-based orientation program
- Required: LIC-Registered Nurse (RN) - STATE_MI, State of Michigan
- Required: 90 Days Required or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association
- Required: 90 Days Required or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross
- Preferred: CRT-Pediatric Emergency Assessment Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS) – AHA American Heart Association
- Preferred: CRT-Pediatric Chemotherapy Biotherapy Provider Program – Association of Pediatric Hematology / Oncology Nurses APHON
