RN - Pediatric Home Health - FT Days

About the role

The position is based at the Fargo Equip facility in Fargo, ND (3223 32nd Ave S, Fargo, ND 58103). It involves 10‑hour day shifts, full‑time schedule (32 weekly hours), and offers a salary range of $33‑$48 per hour with a possible sign‑on bonus up to $20,000. The role provides one‑on‑one, person‑centered care for pediatric clients in the Fargo‑Moorhead community, allowing nurses to focus on a single client’s needs in the home setting.

Responsibilities

• Administering physician‑ordered treatments and medications
• Providing respiratory support, including ventilator care and suctioning
• G‑tube feeding and care
• Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
• Supporting individualized therapy and exercise programs
• Taking clients to school

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA)
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
• Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience preferred
• Current unencumbered RN license in the state of practice (or multistate licensure if in an NLC state)
• Ability to obtain and maintain required department‑specific competencies and certifications
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on location
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Certificate for Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS) Specialist – Clinical (COS‑C) preferred

Pay
