RN, PCU - Part Time, Days
About the Role
Saint Luke’s East Hospital in Lee’s Summit is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the PCU unit. You will work with a variety of patient care processes, conditions, and diagnoses, expanding your nursing skills while being supported by leading technology and a virtual nurse team. The virtual team assists with oversight, education, documentation, and monitoring to ensure exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Function independently and be accountable for utilizing the nursing process
- Coordinate care for a group of patients with the multidisciplinary team
- Perform patient care, delegate tasks, and supervise other patient care staff
- Coordinate the plan of care for assigned patients and consult with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Demonstrate proficiency and adhere to policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures

Requirements
- 1 year of applicable Registered Nurse experience
- Active Missouri RN license (National Council of State Boards of Nursing - NURSYS)
- Associate Degree in Nursing
Schedule
Part-time days: 2 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts.
