Provides direct, proficient patient care in an intensive care setting, ensuring patient safety, optimizing outcomes, and utilizing resources effectively.

Responsibilities

• Initiates corrective actions based on monitoring and life support data.
• Responds decisively to life-threatening situations.
• Manages high-acuity patients in a technically complex environment.
• Reacts efficiently to critical and stressful situations with minimal supervision, demonstrating critical thinking and decisive judgment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Valid RN licensure.
• At least 6 months of ICU or PCU experience or completion of a fellowship.
• BLS and ACLS certifications through recognized providers, valid through sixty days of hire.
