Job Summary and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing team to devise and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation
- Educate patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits, while fostering a supportive and compassionate environment
We are offering up to $15,000 sign-on bonus and up to $10,000 educational assistance to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN licensure in the state of Nebraska or nurse licensure compact
- Basic life support through American Heart Association is required upon hire
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required within 5 months of hire
