About the role
Identifies and documents the patient's initial condition and need for care based on established protocols in an ambulatory setting. Performs care following the ANA Code for Nurses and Capital Health Standards of Practice. Fosters an environment aligned with the core mission. Provides emotional and informational support to patients and families according to established protocols. Teaches patients and families using standardized instructional plans and documents outcomes. Plans for and documents patient needs with appropriate assistance.
Pay
The pay range for this full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) position is $34.90 - $45.83 per hour. Actual compensation may differ based on assigned hours, position status (e.g., part-time), and other factors such as location, experience, education, credentials, market data, and internal equity. The range reflects base compensation and does not include potential bonuses, incentive compensation, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits.
