About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse to lead patient care using the nursing process. This role requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality care, fostering teamwork, and adhering to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quality patient outcomes through effective delegation and collaboration with the nursing team.
• Assess learning needs and implement appropriate teaching strategies for diverse patient populations.
• Communicate effectively, delegate tasks, and manage resources efficiently to support patient care.
• Evaluate data and information to drive continuous improvement in patient care practices.
• Adapt to the needs of various patient populations, ensuring privacy and clear communication.
• Participate in activities that align with unit and departmental strategic goals.

Requirements

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse diploma preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is beneficial.
