RN Ortho/orthopedic

Responsibilities

• Implements and monitors patient care plans.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation of patient condition.
• Coordinates care among various healthcare disciplines.
• Serves as a primary coordinator for patient care.
• Carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses and coordinates discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Experience in cardiac and neuro stepdown units preferred.
• Knowledge of adult age-specific care practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Passport required for travel assignments.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of advanced cardiac life support (ACLS).
• Understanding of the NIHSS scale.

Schedule

18:30 - 07:00 Hours Monday to Friday (3 Days / 12 Hours) per week, totaling 36 hours per week.
